James J. Peters VA Medical Center
Thank You, Army Corps of Engineers!
Monday, November 25, 2013During weekends throughout October and early November, the James J. Peters VA Medical Center proceeded with a very tricky and very successful electrical upgrade that included shutting down various critical components and areas of the medical center.
To assist in facilitating this dangerous yet necessary process, members of the Army Corps of Engineers, Bravo Company, 249th Battalion, were on site with back up generators, skilled electricians and technical expertise.
In a ceremony held on November 8th, Erik Langhoff, Medical Center Director, and Facility Management Director Michael Ong presented certificates of commendation to all participants.
