All medication refills and renewals are now made through our mail-out pharmacy. Veterans who use this system agree that it is very accurate and convenient. Your prescriptions are delivered right to your mailbox. You can refill by phone, mail, Internet or use the pharmacy drop box.
Use a touch-tone phone to call one of the toll-free numbers. If you don't have a touch-tone phone, a rotary phone with a pulse/tone switch can also access the system. Once you connect, move the pulse/tone switch to tone. Have your prescription number and social security number ready for the call.
If you are using the automated telephone refill system, all refills should be ordered at least ten days prior to when the refill is due to insure prompt processing and delivery time. If you wait until the end of the call, you will have the opportunity to speak with a live person.
