Our administrative hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Emergencies are seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please review our visitor information page.

Contacting a Patient

If you come to visit a patient, there is ample free parking on our grounds. The medical center is also convenient to get to by public transportation. See our travel directions. You may also wish to review our visiting hours and policies page.

Inquiry Routing and Information System

VA has established an inquiry routing and information system which provides answers to frequently-asked questions. You may also use this system to submit a comment, question, or concern.

Former Prisoners Of War Our Former Prisoners Of War Advocate can provide special assistance to former POWs. Contact Mr. Wade Hathaway, Former POW Advocate, at 718-584-9000 x5176 or visit Room 6C-50A in the Medical Center.
